Ate is the leader of the Sons of Erebus Warriors. He and his warriors were called to the Tulsa House of Night in Chosen when Professor Patricia Nolan and Professor Loren Blake were killed. When Shekinah was killed by Neferet, he led the rebellion against Kalona and Neferet, and although many of the warriors are killed, he ends up working for them and guards the school.
